Realistic salary in excess of £40,000 OTE, UNCAPPED BONUS, 3 month guaranteed bonus upon joining, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and excellent pension.

 

Here at Archbold Car and Van Morley a family-owned business, we are looking for the right person who is passionate about customer service, looking for a new challenge as a vehicle technician to join our expanding team.

The group includes businesses within the automotive servicing, repair and accident repair sectors. With over 35 years of trading within the motor industry in Morley, Leeds and we have big plans for the future.

Working with one of the UK's leading automotive retailers Ford, we are dedicated to providing the best customer satisfaction to our clients. We are looking for someone to make an impact.

 

You will be trained to work on the latest electric vehicle training at the Henry Ford Academy. The Henry Ford Academy is equipped with the broadest range of state-of-the-art equipment, delivering bespoke Ford car and van and technical training to the highest standards.

 

The role will suit an enthusiastic individual in the ambition to play a key role within a family-owned business.

 

Due to our expanding and growing business. We are looking for a Qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in Morley. We are a Ford approved repairer but carry out work on all makes and models.

We are looking for an individual who is driven, enthusiastic, can deliver an excellent standard of work and is motivated within a team setting.

 

You will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Work within a team dedicated to deliver a high standard of work.
  • Liaise and communicate with other workshop staff and front of house to keep track of the vehicles’ progress.
  • Providing an exceptional standard of work.
  • Maintain thorough and varying product knowledge and update your knowledge through our Ford training scheme.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and good administration of your work, we use an hours’ sold system that helps the team to work effectively and efficiently.

 

Do you have what it takes to be an Archbold Car and Van associate? We are looking for someone who is:

 

  • Conscientious and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Qualified to Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair by qualifications or education.
  • Collaborative team player, open to new ideas
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • A positive outlook and attitude towards the working day with excellent time management.
  • Experience of working to high standards is essential, in a workshop that ranges from mechanical, MOT, warranty and diagnostic work.
  • MOT qualification is desired but not essential as training can be provided.
  • This is a full-time position for a 39 hours per week, plus alternate Saturday mornings paid at overtime, plus bonus, pension, staff and family discounts.
